Position: LDAR Program Manager

Position Location: Cincinnati, OH

Job description: We are looking for a LDAR Program Manager to join our Trihydro team. Responsibilities will include scope, schedule, and budget of projects. Project sites include petroleum, gas processing, and/or chemical facilities. Responsibilities will include project management technical report preparation, field work, health and safety assessments, cost estimating support, and data review/interpretation. The selected applicant will assist with planning, directing, and overseeing the successful and safe delivery of work scope, schedule, budgets, and client expectations. Relevant experience includes, but isn't limited to, Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR), environmental consulting, and/or managing outdoor/field projects. Applicants must have a clean driving record, good technical writing and Microsoft Office skills, demonstrate a commitment to safe operations, and be available for travel. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific degree

• 15 years of professional experience related to petroleum, gas processing, and/or chemical facilities

• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team members

• Acceptable driving record

• Acceptable written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team members

• Acceptable employment history with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices

• Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing project deliverables on schedule

• Dependable, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and accuracy

• Direct industry employment history in environmental compliance, within an industrial setting or a related field

• Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations

• Experience managing LDAR compliance and environmental regulations

• Demonstrated ability to fulfill commitments on schedule and to do what it takes to meet client service expectations and requirements
