This Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term temporary-to-full-time in nature and is located in the Dayton, Tennessee, area.Key responsibilities

Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

Settle computer problems, and offer suggestions on appropriate action/solutions

Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

Create records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

Offer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

Requirements

Foundational knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting

Printers experience

Microsoft Windows 10 experience desired

Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred

Desktop support or related experience

Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
