About the Role
As our Director of College Admissions, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting and executing innovative enrollment strategies that attract talented students and build a diverse and thriving campus community. This is a leadership role where you’ll oversee high school and community relations, undergraduate recruitment, the campus visit experience, and admissions operations.Your mission will include:Driving Strategy: Set aspiring admissions goals, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure seamless enrollment processes that prioritize student satisfaction and quality.Leading the Team: Recruit, train, and inspire an energetic, results-driven admissions team while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.Enhancing Operations: Guide prospective students through their journey—from campus visits to enrollment—while maintaining compliance and leveraging data-driven CRM strategies.Building Relationships: Partner with high schools, community leaders, housing providers, and internal stakeholders to build strong connections that enhance our admissions efforts.
