Job DescriptionAt Whole Foods Market, we are working to nourish people and the planet. In this role, you will support the Customer Service & E-Commerce programs; this means you lead processes supporting the checkout experience and grocery delivery & pickup at your assigned store. You will focus on driving safety, quality of outbound online orders, excellent pickup experience, team productivity, and program execution. You will monitor key performance indicator metrics and visual cues in-store to assess the Team’s performance in these areas. You are responsible for daily operations including managing capacity, labor utilization, adherence to pick processes, and drop of task execution (for E-Commerce); and, cash management, customer demand management, labor utilization, and execution of store processes (for Customer Service). As the Supervisor, you support the Team Leader in leading and developing Team Members. You must strive to support WFM core values, Leadership Principles, and goals, promote national, geographic-specific, store programs and initiatives, and ensure adherence to all applicable health and safety regulations.

The Donor Information Specialist:
Compiles tissue donor charts. Ensures that all required paperwork is present and legible.
Utilizes the first review criteria to assess the donor chart records and determine the initial eligibility of the donor prior to moving the chart to the second review stage.
Tracks missing or unacceptable records through utilization of the Recovery Partner Pending List.
Provides relevant information to the Recovery Partners.
Enters data into databases
When necessary, performs donor chart review according to second review criteria to support both review teams on meeting metrics based on daily operational needs.
Participates in initial process development and identifies and participates in continuous process improvement opportunities.
Effectively communicates with the Recovery Partners and internal Solvita medical staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.

First Shift Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM window
Starting rate is $17.80

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer literacy
Must be able to meet the required physical demand with or without reasonable accommodation.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college preferred.
Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) preferred.
Familiar with FDA and AATB regulations and standards.
Familiar with medical terminology.
Demonstrated ability to:
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Organize records and utilize critical thinking skills to perform review and assessment of those records.
Work in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing tasks & demands.
Maintain focus with a high attention to detail.

Facility:Dayton Children\'s - Main CampusDepartment:Clinical PharmacySchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The goal of the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is to promote the safe and effective use of medications by working collaboratively with the pharmacy team, prescribers, and the multidisciplinary health care team within a defined practice area. This position contributes to the goals of the department by providing safe medication therapy to our patients, and identifying, resolving, and preventing drug-related problems in the pediatric setting. Responsibilities include the complete assessment, recommendation, and monitoring of pharmacotherapy for patients ensuring that the highest quality and evidence-based standards for pharmacy practice are met. Additionally, the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assumes a leadership role in medication management, supporting and participating in the provision of quality patient care, education, and research in the pediatric setting, represents the pharmacy department on multidisciplinary committees, and serves as a pharmacy preceptor to pharmacy residents and students. This position contributes to the goals of the department by being accountable for the development and maintenance of service line specific drug use policy and evidence based, cost effective medication strategies as well as providing clinical services to select patient populations. Along with other members of the health care team, this role is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high standards of care provided by DCH.
