DescriptionRobert Half Management Resources is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join the senior/management level consulting practice of Robert Half in the Dayton area.The Senior Financial Analyst will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and other company objectives. The Senior Financial Analyst will develop and integrate processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.The Senior Financial Analyst will lead in the development of comprehensive business and financial forecasts, reports, and analysis in support of assigned organization or work area. The Senior Financial Analyst will also perform special analysis of major issues as required and recommend solutions to complex business issues along with determining business issues that require special analysis and perform that analysis.
