As an Area Manager, you will work within a management team where everyone assists in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. The manager’s duties include ensuring effective operations, providing all of our guests with our standards for service, engaging in team member training and development, reviewing financial information, and providing the best experience in all facets, every time. 25% of your week will be spent among our Columbus teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
Build genuine guest connections and deliver high quality service to every guest, every time
Accountable for delivery of the short and long-term sales and profit results through people development and improved restaurant operations
Provide leadership, coaching and strategic direction to the entire team and ensure their understanding of operation and financial performance
Utilize effective recruiting resources and methods to attract and select talented employees
Responsible for executing the brand strategy and promoting the company's vision, mission, and values
Collaborates with the Operations Director to build sales and maintain standards
Complete weekly payroll and accounting reports for submission
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times in accordance to company and health department standards
Maintain and support the initiative of the beverage program
Other responsiblities may be assigned as required by business needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years General Manager restaurant experience
Experience monitoring budgets, establishing projections and go and developing action plans
Proven track record of operations competency in a fast-pace, rapidly changing, always growing environment
Scheduling flexibility to accommodate the demands of a fast-pace and growing organization
Working knowledge and comfortability with craft cocktails, standard beer styles and basic back bar knowledge for a high energy establishment
Experience with a 60/40 split program between food and beverage sales
