Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cooks, Hostess, Servers & Baristas to join our team in a new gastro café concept. We genuinely do believe in creating a great place for our guests and most importantly our team members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning new techniques, food, coffee and people.
Duties
- Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals in a timely manner
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
- Serve food to customers with exceptional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas
- Support catering events as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a restaurant or similar food service setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and best practices
- Proficiency in menu planning and food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of kitchen equipment
- Experience with catering services is a plus
