Knowledge using and cooking on flat top grill and deep fryer required.
Plating and quality checking dishes, and ensuring food quality and safety.
Setting up stations, restocking items, and cleaning and maintaining stations, equipment, and storage areas.
Putting away all delivery orders
Cleaning kitchen and all trail dishes and equipment at the end of shift, removing all trash and sweeping and mopping kitchen and prep areas
Stocking/prepping as needed
