Looking to hire someone for side gig i flip house’s i need help finishing up one property i have in Miamisburg . I’m looking for someone self motivated trust worthy. It’s going to be for Saturday and Sunday 700am-6pm both days I’ll pay 300.00 cash for 2 days .You’ll mainly be painting and removing old lumber in basement of house where previous owner installed wall’s and plywood flooring then putting it on rear patio. Also with be assisting with getting in attic to hook up lighting wires are ready ran . You be basically assisting me with cleaning and finishing up this house. Please have construction and electrical exp (basic electrical ) DO NOT CONTACT IF YOU ARE ON THE EDGE OR NO EXPERIENCE I WILL ASK YOU LEAVE IF I SEE YOU ARE NOT. I don’t tolerate complaining and standing around on phone. I have done this for years have had a lot success finding great candidates and now they are under my trust with my business i keep them busy. You must show up on time both days 700 am. If you don’t like payment terms im sure you can apply with other jobs. I’m not asking you to rebuild the house. Mainly you need to be good with painting and very fine lines its all new dry wall with new trim.
1. Paint kitchen living room dining rooms bedrooms and bathroom
2. Remove lumber in basement place back patio
These must get finished to get paid.
I will supply all the tools you may need .
