RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support the installation and maintenance team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
2. Strive to find the most efficient means possible to run the field in an educated, productive, and financially prudent manner
3. Assemble lights and mount fixtures in desired locations
4. Identify and diagnose potential issues with lighting, timers, and transformers
5. Provide client with system orientation as applicable
6. Proper care and operation of company vehicles
7. Ensure proper inventory levels
8. Provide direction and/or assistance to installers when applicable
9. Speak with clients to inform and educate them about additional products and services that are available.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a team player
Customer service focus
Must have a valid driver license, with a clean driving record
Must make a good first impression by being well groomed, articulate, and personable
Must be comfortable with meeting new people
Must enjoy Interaction with clients, with respect and integrity
Must possess strong attention to detail and the respect for our clients and their properties
Must be a proactive problem solver
Strong technical aptitude
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or GED is required
Must pass a drug test.
