We're looking for someone to help manage a small self storage facility in Dayton, OH. This will include general site clean up, sweeping out vacant units, preparing units for auction, cutting locks, and coordinating with vendors. Manager will have to visit site at least once every two weeks. Site visit takes approx. 2 hours to complete (i.e. expected total 4-5 hours per month). General handyman skills are a plus (i.e. fence repair, cutting locks, general maintenance).
