Assistant to the Operations Manager

You must have the willingness and the availability to go where we need you everyday (within the Dayton area) to help clean commercial buildings when our regular staff are absent or require additional help.
You will need to learn our systems and processes and be capable of demonstrating them to co workers and new employees. You need to lead by outperforming everyone else on our team.
