Growing Local Dayton Law Firm is seeking a highly energetic individual with on the job Family Law Paralegal experience, great organizational skills, detail oriented, excellent communication and customer service skills to fill a Paralegal position.
Duties:
Significant client contact
Draft pleadings
Trial preparation
Sending out correspondence
File Management
Other misc. Administrative duties
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Paid Parking downtown Dayton)
Requirements:
Candidate MUST have basic knowledge of family law court process and legal office experience.
Candidate must be proficient with word, excel, scanning, and email.
Must be DETAIL ORIENTED, organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to communicate well, is a team player, and able to multi task through prioritizing.
The ideal candidate should be effective in problem solving, is team orientated, has strong customer services skills, is an effective listener and has excellent writing and communication skills.
