Maximize the property's income potential while maintaining high occupancy and promoting tenant retention.
Effectively and efficiently handle tenant concerns and issues while assuring that all of the community and fair housing regulations are followed.
Manage lease renewals, tenant delinquency, and tenant move-ins.
Schedule Maintenance staff/projects/tenant work orders
Weekly reporting of activities to corporate office
