Full Job Description:
We are looking for Skilled Laborers/Carpenters to join our construction field crew.
Job sites are located in Dayton and surrounding area(s).
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Construct building frameworks for ex: walls, door frames, etc.
Performing light/major repairs to commercial buildings
Installing doors and windows
Steel stud framing
General tenant improvements and cleaning
Painting and staining in the interior/exterior
Drywall repair and general Carpentry
Flooring repair and installation
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a skilled laborer/carpenter
Experience with working with different carpentry materials, and understanding of carpentry
techniques/methods of installation construction
Good understanding of basic math
Ability to lift heavy objects 50+ lbs.
Walking/Standing/Bending for long periods of time
Perform strenuous physical labor in outdoor elements
Required to have valid DL
Required to pass a pre-employment drug test/physical/background check
Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Paid Weekly $18-$25/hour, depending on experience.
