Team Dream Training Center (TDTC) is looking for that person who wants to make a difference! Our Head Groom position is part of a fun-loving, horse-loving, team of professionals. The TDTC is a fast-paced, never boring environment that will still take the time to answer your questions and explain the ‘whys and how’s’ of the going-ons.
The TDTC, owned and managed by Jen Truett (www.jennifertruett.com), is looking for a groom who is excited to learn about different equine therapy modalities, performance nutrition, and tack appropriateness. There is a great deal of pride in TDTC’s focus on the safety, health and welfare of both horse and rider.
Yes, time is dedicated for you to learn! In addition to learning about horse care, farm care and client interactions, the aspects of the job also enhance team skills, independence and decision making. TDTC’s goal is to prepare you to be able to handle any challenge you may face in your equestrian career, in and out of the saddle.
TDTC is thrilled to provide a salary commensurate with your experience, onsite housing, boarding for one horse and the possibility of discounted lessons.
