We are in search of a qualified individuals to join our team as a Generator Service Technician. at Bonham Electric Inc.!
Full-Time position. 40 plus hours.
Compensation based on knowledge and past experience.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Service Residential air-cooled generators
Service liquid cooled generators
Troubleshoot and engine and generators
Read one-line diagrams
Attend service school and keep certifications updated
Assist with generator installations
Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Must be available for on-call rotation for 24 hour emergency service calls
Full-time position – must be willing to work overtime or weekend hours if needed
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Must own basic tools, we offer assistance for purchase of tools
Ability to handle physical workloads and work in various weather environments
Strong, professional communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License – must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
Pre-Employment drug testing and a federal background check are required.
All job sites are non-smoking
Must be motivated and able to work independently or with other coworkers.
Willing to continue education on automatic standby generator systems.
Must have a clean appearance. Work shirts will be provided.
