DKH Investments is hiring full-time skilled construction workers. We renovate rentals and the applicant must be experienced in residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling which should include a comprehensive understanding of custom tile laying, basic plumbing and electrical skills, installation of cabinetry and flooring, drywalling, painting and final cleanup. Capable of making material lists for projects and accurate measurements. Must have own vehicle and tools. This is a 1099 position. Candidate must be punctual, hardworking, responsible, able to work independently and have a keen eye for attention to detail.
Pay is hourly and competitive and will vary depending on experience.
