Duties: - Perform maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with HVAC systems - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions - Install new HVAC systems and equipment - Respond to service calls and provide field service support to clients - Drive a company van to travel to different work locations - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
Experience: - Previous experience as an HVAC technician or in a related field is required - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems - Ability to perform equipment repairs and welding as necessary - Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and practices - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay:
$80,000.00 - $130,000.00 for licensed HVAC Technicians per year
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 for Hot Side Technicians per year
