Job Description
As lead contractor, you handle these tasks:
lead and manage bathroom remodeling projects from concept to completion
read and interpret blueprints, design plans and specifications
coordinate with clients, subcontractors and vendors
oversee demolition, plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry, drywall and fixture installation
ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
maintain a clean and safe worksite
provide clear communication and updates to clients and project managers
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in residential contruction or remodeling, with a focus on bathrooms
proven leadership and project management skills
strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and tiling practices
high attention to detail and craftsmanship
valid driver's license and reliable transportation
licensed and insured (preferred)
