5+ years experience
Have your own hand tools and are ready to work
Can do drywall repair
Able to set up troubleshoot and tear down/clean airless sprayers
Able to operate confidently in boom lifts
Able to manage a job from start to finish
Able to manage people around you to complete a job correctly without callbacks.
