Property management company seeking experienced maintenance person on a part-time independent contractor basis who is skilled at carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, and general knowledge of mechanical systems. Must have own tools and transportation. Responsibilities include showing vacancies, turnovers, hauling, general cleaning and repairs, changing locks, and all prep work for residential rentals.
