Prodigy Commercial Construction is seeking a motivated individual to come aboard our quality first company. Our client satisfaction is a non-negotiable. The appropriate candidate must possess a positive attitude and show a passion for his/her craft that extends into their leadership of the team.
Responsibilities:
-Field experience performing and supervising interior work as well as new construction -Interpret project plans and schedules
-Identify and correct issues before they arise
-Manage material needs for the project in a timely manner
-Monitoring and managing job site paper work including but not limited t-daily reports, material lists, progress reports, and other relevant documents
-Review and confirm all activity duration needed t-create, monitor and update project schedule
-Delegate adequate authority t-Subordinates t-carry out their daily responsibilities
-Set the example and maintain a positive work environment for the team
-Deliver the project complete, on time, and on budget
Qualifications/Requirements:
-A minimum of 8 year’s hands on Carpentry experience
-A minimum of 5 year’s on site supervisory experience
-Areas of experience should include interior trim and cabinets, drywall hang and finish, laminate and solid surface counters, commercial ceilings, along with metal/wood framing
-Must have excellent communication and computer skills
-Job ranging in size from $50k-$1.8M
-Must have own transportation and tools
