Small manufacturing company in Xenia seeks someone who is mechanically inclined who can efficiently organize completing task without being under direct supervision
Must be punctual and available for immediate work
MUST come to work when scheduled
2+ years of verifiable welding/fabricating experience
Proficient with horizontal and vertical MIG welding positions
High School Diploma or GED
Have strong attention to detail
Keep a clean and organized work area
Must be able to work overtime as job demands
No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
After probationary period paid holidays, paid vacation days and 401K are available
Applicants shall be able to pass a drug test
Have their own transportation and driver’s license
Pay is determined by experience
