We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of renovation processes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes in residential and commercial settings. The Painter will work collaboratively with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or airless paint spraying equipment.
Renovate and restore surfaces to enhance their appearance and durability.
Read and interpret estimated to understand project specifications and requirements.
Skills
Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques and equipment operation.
Strong knowledge of renovation processes and best practices in painting.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship.
