The Role: We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Field & Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. You’ll be a key player in helping us deliver exceptional service while keeping our projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Assist with inspections for leak repairs and roof/siding replacements
Support project setup and tear-down, including final clean-up
Coordinate materials logistics and deliveries
Organize warehouse and truck toolboxes
Wash and maintain company vehicles
Make miscellaneous pickups and deliveries
Serve as on-site company representative when needed
Be ready to jump in wherever the company needs support
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Experience in roofing, siding, or construction a plus—but not required

Compensation
Entry-Level (No Experience): $15.00/hr during a 90-day probationary period, with weekly performance reviews.
Post-Probation Rate: $19.00–$25.00/hr based on performance and responsibilities.
Experienced Tradesperson: Up to $30.00/hr for candidates with proven skills in roofing, siding, metal work, and diagnostics who can contribute immediately in the field.
