Job Title: Production SupervisorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee up to twenty-two employees across three different production lines. The successful candidate will ensure that daily production numbers are met, manage daily tasks, develop and lead employees, and collaborate with the leadership team on 5S and Lean recommendations.Responsibilities
Oversee up to twenty-two employees across three production lines.
Discuss and set up workdays for employees each day.
Ensure that all production numbers are met daily.
Develop, lead, train, and discipline employees within the facility.
Adhere to various processes and ensure facility productivity.
Manage and direct daily tasks of the employees.
Use the CMMS program to provide daily/weekly updates.
Collaborate with the leadership team on 5S and Lean recommendations.
Perform any and all duties in the plant to keep production flowing.
Engage in production planning.
Essential Skills
5 years of production supervision experience.
Machining supervision experience, including adjusting tooling and cycle time.
Experience supervising up to 20 people at a time.
Ability to hold employees accountable, motivate them, and maximize their productivity.
Willingness to perform any duties necessary to maintain production flow.
Work EnvironmentOur facility produces engine blocks for OEMs. The shift for this role is from 7 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Saturday, with the 7th day being voluntary.
