Adecco is looking for Remote Contact Center Agents to support one of our biggest clients in the legal field. Weekly pay starts at $ 18.00 per hour, Monday through Friday. Weekends are always free! Candidates must have a device that meets all the technical requirements listed below.In this role you would be part of a call center team that handles potential claimant inquires and will be responsible for doing inbound and outbound calls (but no sales!) Job duties will include professionally answering calls, addressing caller inquiries, performing research using available resources to provide information to callers, and routing calls to appropriate resources when complex issues arise. You’ll need to complete administrative work and complete call logs accurately. At least 6 months to 1 year of call center experience
Experience with scripted positions is preferred but not required
Experience working with Microsoft and dual monitors
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to deal with varied and often difficult personalities
Leadership experience is preferred but not required
Minimum technical requirements:
At least 2 screens (laptop + monitor, desktop + 2 monitors, etc.)
Home internet: Minimum Requirement is 20Mbps download speed; 5Mbps upload. Jitter Requirement: Below 10
PC Processor (CPU) - Minimum: Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better
PC Memory: Minimum RAM Memory: 8 GB of RAM; PC Hard Drive Storage (Minimum 256 GB HD)
PC/Operating System - Windows 10 or higher
Headset: USB Connection preferred
