Description Our client is a leader in the distribution of pharmaceutical and medical products industry. This wholesale health-supply distributor is one of three such companies in the top 20 of the Fortune 500. This specific hiring manager is looking to add Sr. Network Engineer. This person needs to be onsite in Dublin twice a week. They will play a critical role in the success of our network infrastructure, particularly in our warehouse automation and IoT initiatives.The selection process will include a hands-on, in-person interview at our headquarters. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with two days on-site at Dublin location, and three days remote per week.Requirements We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:Education: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BS or MS in EE).Experience:· A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing complex network projects.· At least 3 years of experience in networks supporting warehouse automation systems and robotics.Technical Skills:· Proficiency in Aruba and Cisco Layer 3 switches and wireless solutions.· Hands-on experience with ClearPass, ServiceNow ITIL, CloudGenix ION.· Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.· Demonstrated ability in complex network design and implementation.· Palo Alto experience is a nice to have.Professional Attributes:· This is not an entry-level position. The candidate must be self-sufficient, able to work with minimal supervision, and capable of leading complex implementations within 6 weeks of joining.Availability:· Willing to work two weekends per month and be on call for one week per month to support Tier 2 & 3 Clearpass as well as IoT network issues.Travel Requirements:· Must be willing to travel to our international and domestic locations, approximately 5 to 10% of the time.
