Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Englewood, Ohio. This role primarily involves a variety of administrative tasks in the construction industry, including telephone support, customer service, data entry, and document management.Responsibilities: Provide telephone support by answering incoming calls, ensuring timely and effective handling of requests Offer excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues Ensure efficient data entry processes, particularly for payroll specifics Maintain and manage documentation for projects, including gathering necessary documents and following up on missing information Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks and document management Apply basic accounting knowledge to manage accounts payable when required Engage with project managers for service call discussions Greet and assist visitors in the office Leverage experience in the construction industry to handle relevant tasks effectively Support the accounting department as needed, utilizing an understanding of the construction industry and its specific requirements.For immediate consideration, call 937.224.8326.Requirements Proven experience in handling inbound telephone calls and providing exceptional customer service Proficiency in data entry tasks, with a strong attention to detail Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Experience in the construction industry, with a good understanding of construction and bid documents Ability to maintain and manage different types of documents such as paper and proposal documents Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for managing and processing data Excellent organizational skills for maintaining proper documentation Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
