The Inbound Phone Sales Associate is responsible for answering phone calls from DDC’s global customers and answering questions about DDC’s relationship testing products, used for immigration, surrogacy, confirming the father of a child, etc. The Inbound Phone Sales Associate determines the services our clients require, charts their course through the testing process, and closes the saleThis position offers the opportunity to work from home after completing 90 days of in-office training and meeting the required performance metrics.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesField 30-40 inbound calls per day requiring active listening and documenting customer details.Quickly understand and analyze customer needs through a consultative sales approach.Explain DDC’s products and services in a professional manner via phone, email, text message, or chat.Analyze the customer problem properly and provide logical solutions.Communicate effectively with the intent of finalizing sales opportunities.Meet Key Performance Indicators stated in the Sales Compensation Plan including Closing %, Revenue Per Call, and Sales Quota.Escalate customer needs that require additional knowledge or ability to leadership.Research required information using available resources.Attend training and coaching sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills.Able to document information in an application while on an active call.Able to learn other database and communication software, as applicable.Follow DDC procedures and guidelines to ensure that DDC’s services are offered in a manner consistent with our mission and vision statementsOther duties as assigned or become evident
