Project Hires work on project basis, coordinating case files that are crucial to the DNA testing process. When samples arrive in our laboratory, accompanying case files are filed according to status, division, and case number. Based on documented storage timelines, some files must be purged and the destruction documented.Duration & Length of RoleRole is project-based and subject to end when need decreases. Project Hires would be able to apply for and seek transfer to long term positions elsewhere in the organization but are not guaranteed long term employment past project end.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Filing and sorting tested party case files by status, division, and case number. Searching for and retrieving files or information, as requested, and delivering files to staff or supervisors. Archiving or destroying files per record storage guidelines, as needed.Organizing and maintaining filing systems.Print case files to support data review processes necessary for report sign out.Label Eppendorf tubes necessary for testing.Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.Performing other administrative tasks to support sample accessioning.Ensure and maintain compliance with the Company’s quality system requirements through training and adherence to policies, procedures and processes.Other duties as assigned.
