Technical Support Specialist needed for a direct hire opportunity in Fairview Park OH
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for the configuration, implementation and support of all end user computing hardware and software. Position serves as the face of the IT department and acts as level 1 support. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Should have a strong understanding of computer hardware and Microsoft operating systems. Ability to complete installation of network cabling and other physical tasks as required.

Job duties and Responsibilities:
Install, configure, administer and support desktop hardware and software.
Field tickets and phone support requests in a timely manner.
Manage and troubleshoot network hardware and software.
Maintain open communication with end users and management.
Maintain documentation of all systems.
Maintain inventory of hardware and supplies.
Job Qualifications:
2 year degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
Experience troubleshooting Microsoft windows environments.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Willingness and ability to learn.
Experience supporting:
MS Windows 10
MS Office applications
Experience with VDI and VPN clients
Experience imaging and building PC's
