This role will also manage changeKey Responsibilities
Develops information and complies periodic reports forecasting domestic or international liquid hydrocarbon inventory depletion rates: coordinates compilation of information pertinent to worldwide liquid hydrocarbon oil supply and acquisition activities; prepares supply and demand schedules; and prepares forecast of the company’s supply and inventory positions for management review.
Obtains and reconciles carrier receipt and delivery statements and verifies or approves liquid hydrocarbon purchases invoices and pipe line, marine or other invoices for payment.
Analyzes liquid hydrocarbon price information; develops reports reflecting impact of various price combinations on the company price postings; prepares studies supporting the company’s foreign and domestic price posting; and complies, maintains and disseminates schedules of principal’s company postings
Analyzes various types of joint venture and other contracts, exchange agreements, commitments and other documents necessary to understand and explain the effects of their provisions; and handles administrative details pertaining to the acquisition of liquid hydrocarbons, such as reports required by government officials, brokers, and accounting personnel
Prepares and maintains status report to liquid hydrocarbon buy and sell relationships with other companies; compares exchange totals to arrive at an over or short quantity; and prepares and disseminates related reports
Conducts special studies on own initiative or as directed, relative to domestic or foreign liquid hydrocarbon supply, purchase and sales
Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics and/or Operations Research
3+ years of analytical experience
