Description We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team in FINDLAY, Ohio. This role offers a contract employment opportunity and is crucial to our operations within the construction industry. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the administration and management of all contract-related activities, ensuring compliance with both industry standards and company policies.Responsibilities: Oversee the entire contract process, from negotiation to execution, ensuring all contracts align with company policies and legal requirements. Utilize CRM and other software such as 3M, Costpoint, DCAA, and Deltek for efficient contract management and customer service. Maintain accurate documentation of all contract agreements, amendments, and renewals. Collaborate with various teams to resolve any contract-related queries or issues promptly. Ensure contract compliance by monitoring all contract terms and conditions, and taking necessary actions in case of any discrepancies. Handle subcontract management activities, coordinating with subcontractors as necessary. Implement and maintain About Time for efficient time tracking and project management. Participate in construction project planning and execution, providing contract-related insights and guidance. Develop and implement contract management procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency. Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to contracts promptly and professionally. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in 3M, Costpoint, CRM, DCAA, Deltek, and About Time. Proven experience in Compliance, Construction, and Customer Service. Exceptional skills in Documentation, Contract Administration, and Contract Management. Substantial knowledge and experience in Subcontract Management. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience in contract management in a similar industry. Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement contract terms and conditions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve contractual issues. Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Certification in contract management would be an advantage.
