Central File Clerk, Fremont, OH (Full-time) - Job Summary – Verifies and completes input to the Bank's Central Information Systems. Validates and reviews new deposit account documentation. Completes operational functions associated with establishing Business Online Banking relationships for clients.Essential Job Duties –

Maintains the accuracy and integrity of the customer portfolio files and deposit accounts. This includes reviewing and adjusting new account documentation and account revision documents completed by the Banking Centers.

Assist with establishing and maintaining business online banking customers. This includes completing all operational steps of the process including input to Access Manager, validation and retention of documentation and ensuring proper quality control is completed to verify all input.

Promptly fulfill requests for temporary ACH limit increase requests provided. Monitor and decrease limits in a timely manner per procedures

Completes deposit account file maintenance input as needed.

Maintains customer records with the most current information (demographics, account ownership, product revisions, etc.)

Monitors and completes incoming requests from banking centers to allow customers' access to telebank and consumer online-banking. Verifies and maintains the applications. Exports documentation to the Director system.

Updates customer portfolios from new loan documents received from Loan Operations.

Checks file maintenance reports and makes necessary changes.

Follows up with staff on incomplete account documents by creating and maintaining tickler reports.

Provides support to employees by answering questions on portfolio or account information.

Assists in keeping Customer Portfolios with charged off account data accurate. Reviews and prepares for computer software releases to complete responsibilities.

Requirements –

High School diploma or equivalent

Prior banking experience preferred but not required

Data entry experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Ability to multi-task efficiently
