Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager in the Security industry based in Green, Ohio, United States. The role involves overseeing a team of Accounts Receivable Coordinators, managing customer credit and payment records, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Responsibilities: Oversee a team of 8-12 Accounts Receivable Coordinators to ensure efficient operations Ensure the team adheres to established Accounts Receivable procedures Communicate with customers through various channels to collect outstanding balances Coordinate with departments such as Finance, Controllership, Billing, etc., to ensure seamless operations Negotiate with clients regarding their open balances and manage dispute resolution Monitor and meet KPI goals as set by the business Safeguard the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality of information Process customer credit applications and maintain accurate credit records Submit requests for cancellations, credits, and rebills as necessary Utilize accounting software systems like SAP and Great Plains Solomon to streamline tasks.Requirements At least 3 years of experience in an accounts receivable role, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory Familiarity with auditing processes and procedures Experience in handling Billing Functions Proven track record in B2B collections Experience in Commercial Collections and Collections - Commercial is required Demonstrated skill in Collections Management Proficiency in SAP and Great Plains Solomon software Experience in Collecting Payments, dealing with Credit Card Payments and managing Late Payments Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on Dispute Resolution Knowledge and experience in the security industry would be advantageous Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
