You will learn how to drive success, gain expertise and a clear understanding of the business operations, and create and develop great teams. The Store Manager I and II roles are also required to perform all functions normally performed by a store team member. Also, as Store Managers you will have an opportunity to own your business in driving sales, modeling Purple Promise service and delivering operational excellence.
