Description Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Constant Contact Specialist with 4-5 years of experience to assist with the cleanup and optimization of our Constant Contact database. The role involves importing, exporting, correcting, and updating all necessary data for a series of dinner events. The current database has not been used properly and requires a full cleanup to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.The candidate will be responsible for deleting outdated data, updating assignments, and restructuring the database for efficient future use. You’ll need to hit the ground running and work independently with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities:
Database Cleanup: Export and import contact information, update assignments, and correct any errors.
Data Management: Delete outdated data and organize the database for optimal use in future events.
Optimization: Ensure that all contacts and lists are correctly set up for targeted email campaigns related to dinner events.
Reporting: Provide updates on database progress and any issues that need to be addressed.
Requirements
Requirements:
4-5 years of experience working with Constant Contact.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing large data sets.
Ability to import/export data and ensure assignments are properly updated.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to meet onsite with the client to get ramped up, then work remotely as needed.
Work Schedule & Flexibility:
Flexible work schedule; hours are 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Candidate must be onsite for the start of the project to meet the client and get ramped up.
After initial onsite work, remote work is permitted, as long as deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
