We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our customer-focused, supportive team.  This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and focuses on excellent customer service.  The Customer Care Center shift is 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (EST), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (PST), and is fully remote.Primary Responsibilities:Performs customer scheduling functions via high-volume customer phone calls, emails, and online scheduling requests.Communicates with team members regarding schedule additions/changesCommunicates with hospital staff and/or doctors regarding schedule additions/changesEnters and updates work orders within an online scheduling systemUpdates customer notes in CRM systemConducts confirmation calls
