Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking to hire a Salesforce Manager for one of our largest clients headquartered in Cleveland, OH. As a Salesforce Manager, you are responsible for leading technical design, implementation, and support of the clients Salesforce platform. This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with business leadership and internal technology teams to implement solutions in the Salesforce platform that support strategic business needs. You will supervise the Salesforce Application team while providing indirect and technical supervision to any staff members within the organization and have a total of around 3 direct reports, although they plan to bring on 3-5 developers early of next year. 30% of the position will be hands on / technical, 10% will be people management, and the rest of your day to day will be project delivery.
