Position Summary:

Support execution of operational strategy through building, maintaining, and running reports and datasets. Daily work may include a mix of routine tasks and more creative or ad-hoc projects. Communicate with internal business partners at all levels. Activities supported may include written correspondence with internal business partners at all levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and Manage dashboard and interactive reports in Power BI
• Analyze report requirements and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and create timelines required to accomplish those requirements
• Perform queries and functions in Power BI
• Analyze current ETL process, define and design new systems
• Data warehouse development and work with SSIS, SQL and ADF
• Be available for on-call support as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience with experience working with BI tools / systems like Power Bi, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure Synapse
• Strong SQL skills writing stored procedures and inline queries
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn business process quickly
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
• Knowledge of agile software development methodology
• Strong command of PowerBI Dashboards, Datasets, Workspaces, and security administration.
• Experience working with Home Improvement, Sales, and/or Marketing data.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

• Normal Office Environment
• Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
• Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
