Review, distribute and complete Request for Proposals for future work for evaluation with support of operations and financial staff
Interact with Legal and Safety Departments on contract compliance
Provide technical writing to bid proposals and client correspondence
Assist in maintaining contract database utilizing CRM
Thorough understanding of client contracts
Bid follow-up, tabulation requests and pending award ownership
QualificationsSkills We’re Seeking:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with specific programs and software as needed (Sales Force. Publisher, Adobe Pro, CRM and SAP)
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
Strong written skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Minimum of associate’s degree in business
