We offer competitive wages, full health care benefits and a continuous learning culture for those who want to grow with the company.Job Summary:The Associate Product Manager will aid in facilitating, managing, and leading project tasks related to the New Product Development (NPD) Stage/Gate process. Engaging in cross-departmental communications, the Associate Product Manager will ensure project tasks, goals, and timelines are met.Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Create and maintain NPD process templates
Aid in cross departmental meetings to drive communication and engagement
Assists in the development, analysis, and maintenance of project resources and schedules
Conducts competitive analysis and assists in developing strategies to drive product success including market position, product position and pricing.
Construct basic business case
Review, draft, and maintain product literature, training, and bid specs
Actively works with Product Managers to identify and mitigate project risks
Track and report key performance metrics related to the NPD process
Collaborate with Product Development to drive continuous improvement objectives
Collaborate with Product Development to gain insight and develop alignment on product development goals.
Reviews marketing collateral, including web site to ensure it is current, accurate, and reflective of the product specifications, performance etc.
Assists in planning and developing marketing/training collateral
Acts as a product resource to the business for support, product education, and to meet performance targets.
Identifies new product opportunities through customer/dealer/RM interactions.
Collaborates with Regional Managers to determine what products, solutions and/or enhancements will assist in meeting our customer needs.
Advocate for NPD process by educating team members, gaining buy in, and support to drive results.
Supports Product Manager with market and voice-of-the-customer research to better understand existing and new markets, address customer needs, and to assist in pricing strategies. Shares insights and analysis with internal teams.
Support Product Managers with NPD related tasks
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Product Management related.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to traverse the production facility.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds at times.
Ability to travel a minimum of 20% of the time.
