In this versatile role, you will bridge the gap between data and physical production. You will manipulate data files on our network, pilot advanced high-volume laser printers, and stage print jobs to ensure flawless delivery to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesPrint Operations: Initiate and run multiple digital print sequences simultaneously, monitoring quality standards through precise proofing and sample checks.Data & Workflow Management: Manage computer files, update ERP logs, organize work order documentation, and alert supervisors of any incoming data discrepancies.Agility & Collaboration: Partner closely with Facility Managers, Production Leads, and Project Coordinators to accommodate urgent schedule changes, custom orders, or machine troubleshooting needs.Inventory & Care: Maintain local warehouse stock and pre-printed items; place technical service calls for equipment up-keep; and maintain a clean, organized workstation.Safety First: Consistently follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) , utilizing required PPE and safety protocols at all times.
