Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking workers compensation via phone and email
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Gather and document information about potential cases
- Follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Reach out to medical professionals
- Analyze customer needs and assist in case preparation
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional and not above performing routine tasks
- Personable and organized
