Recruiter – Light Industrial Staffing
Are you passionate about connecting people with meaningful work? We’re looking for a driven, team-oriented Recruiter to join our staffing team in packaging and warehouse operations.
What You’ll Do:
Full-cycle recruiting for light industrial roles (packaging, assembly, warehouse, forklift, general labor)
Post jobs, source candidates, screen/interview, and manage onboarding
Partner with managers to fill high-volume roles and support temp-to-hire conversions
What You Bring:
2+ years recruiting experience (light industrial/high-volume preferred)
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and organizational skills
ATS/Office skills, ability to manage multiple openings
Team-player attitude and great communication
