It's still cold but grass season is coming!
Blue Fox Management, one of the largest property preservation companies in Ohio is recruiting contractors for the 2019 grass season for the entire state. Crews are required to maintain the grass cutting, weed eating and other work asked for by our client. Most additional work can be bid upon during 1st grass cut. These properties are maintained on a weekly/bi-weekly basis depending on the lender.
Pay is $30 per property for cutting, weeding and edging
MUST have own equipment (lawn mower, weed eater, blower etc) and reliable transportation plus smartphone. We DO NOT cut over an acre unless bid upon. This is year round work as we also do snow removal. Paid at 21 days for initial work and then weekly after the hold. Checks are mailed every Friday with VENMO and Cash app available for Monday morning deposits.
