Seeking Independent Contractors to perform Insurance based Residential Property surveys in Lima/Findlay and surrounding Counties. Applicants must have reliable transportation, be able to accurately photograph, measure, and complete survey forms of properties.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to submit reports in on-time by mandatory due dates.
- Must be able to provide an accurate and quality report defined by client specifications.
- Experience in this field is preferred, but highly driven and independent person will succeed as well.
- Professionalism, Accountability, and Communication Skills
- Basic-Intermediate Computer Skills
- High Speed Internet
- Camera with minimum 20X zoom
- Chrome and Edge Web Browsers
- Measuring device to measure square footage of building
- Must pass background check
Position Details:
- Part-time contract work available based on territory and volume
- Pay is based on a flat fee per inspection completed
