Job Description: We are looking for reliable and skilled Snow Plow Operators to join our team for the winter season. Operators will be on-call and work only when it snows, helping keep driveways, parking lots, and roadways safe and accessible for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate snow plowing equipment to clear snow from designated areas.
Apply de-icing treatments as needed.
Inspect and maintain snow plowing equipment to ensure it’s in good working order.
Maintain accurate logs of work completed.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Prior experience operating snow plows is preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to be on-call and available during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be dependable and capable of working in adverse weather conditions.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
